Our teams challenge this week, takes us to the beautiful Vanuatu island of Santo. SANMA was founded by two previous PIFR contestants, who go into the communities and kastom villages, showing how to cook with local crops.
In our last challenge ahead of the finals, our teams are tasked with cooking a soup suitable for the whole family that could be served over a couple of days after a disaster. The judges are after a quick but nourishing soup.
